Goddess

The evaporating aroma
of roasted coffee
spread between her red lips.
The enhanced eyelashes
accentuated her contacted
blue eyes.
Her long and curly hair
hung on her bare shoulders.
It was real and undisturbed.
A modern Helen of Troy
many claimed.
She with her air of a Goddess
prowled the streets with her
high heels and polished nails.
She ruled from her
queen-sized throne.
Fierce and wild she
took men and women
to the realm of ecstasy.
Her arched back and small breasts
covered in the melting of the bodies.
She was a good school girl,
a nun,
a Mom.
Anything her victims wanted.
She was a fair queen.
Dishearten queens tried
to assault her realm.
She knocked them out
with her iron fist
that broke noses.
She was the only queen
this realm needed.
She was once
mortal.
That had a loving mother
that made cookies during the
long and dark winter nights.
During the day she built snow castles
and made snow angels with
her faithful companion Mr. Spot.
Mr. Spot and her mother
went to the kingdom of the Reaper.
Alone she cried silently on the dark corridors
at the Angel Island House for Children.
Rusty swings creaked on the dark
and old chains dragged on and on.

The caretakers came,
they came.
Nuns with fermented breath
groped her in the damped darkness.
Life is beautiful
Once she read on an old book,
she laughed and tears rolled down
her purple eyes.
Another cafeteria fight,
one more and she was going to be
free.
Jail was a possibility then for our queen.
It was worst.

The Streets and the Johns
welcomed her with opened arms.
And the pimps
laid for our queen
the green and white powdered carpet
the royal treatment.
Now she lies
in her burial chamber
fitting to her status as the queen
running sewers and rats
guard her
.

A Journey Chapter 1

When Will This Journey End? Chapter 1.   The wind blew over the Silk Road. Slaves and Masters smiled as the fresh breeze cooled their sweaty head. A whip flashed through the air and hit a bull to pull the heavy load forward. The Road was almost finish and the inauguration was just over the next full moon. The final touches were being done and everything was getting ready for the big celebration. Everyone was nervous because it had been one of the greatest investments of the Eastern Kingdoms and the Middle Kingdoms that just a few generations fought in bloody wars and never ending disputes. This road was a sign of the peace that now reigned in the region. Of course, it was not something that was done overnight. Kings and Queens had to fight for the project to move forward. But, that story is for another time.

Confession

Another one of his victims black eyed and running mascara. My heart sinks when I see under the running tears the familiar face she with her fire kissed hair and dark eyes. I greet her with familiarity her sight lost in the distance ignores me. I understand and proceed filling the name and birthday without questioning her. After all, friends of the family know such things. My elbow caresses the butt of my gun and it itches to be fired gun blazing the bastard out of his hiding hole as she details vividly the way the bastard beat, and forced himself into her like a rabid dog. Justice waits for no man , I think as I type every detail. Images flow into my head as I imagine warming up the bastard two to three of us should be enough to hold him down and make little detours along the way. Her voice begins to cackle and I know is the time to stop the questions and take action. Pedal to the metal , as the suburban houses zoom by and the cars part away, like a moder...

Venetia Chapter 1

A Bond The night will come and the seas will announce His arrival The Skies will part the coming ages He comes He comes Bringer of truth The Mender He Comes. -           Sor Juana, Tower of the Sun. The Imperial Eagle spread her wings as the wind carries her in the cold embrace of the early morning hunt. Majestically the Mountains of Mist spread below her with their flat peaks on the other side the Tower of the Sun spreads up to the sky with its twisted stairs and shut windows.  The Eagle scanned with sharp eyes and moved on to the real hunt.  The Mountains hid the real treasures where man did not hunt. A white rabbit came out of its hiding hole as the sun rays caressed the slopes of the mountain. The silent killer circled and stalked as the rabbit tried to escape. It was too late. Off the ground the rabbit went limp and the world continued its stream of life. The farmers farmed their lands and the bakers...
